I normally do not write reviews on anyone. I’ve been a patient of Dr Scafuri for many years. He is by far extremely knowledgeable in his field, he has a great team at each of his locations. They have never let me down. It’s always been about the patient and treat everyone equally. Never waited more than a few minutes in the waiting room. I completely trust Dr Scafuri as well as with my family. I highly recommend Dr Scafuri. He is truly that one in a million.

Trust me don’t waste your precious time. Your health is important but not to this doctors office. Pathetic service !!!!

The office staff is terrible particularly one lady. They are rude and make nasty comments and blame you for things they didn’t explain. They claimed they emailed me forms to fill out which I never received then they change the amount of co-payment which has always been the same they tell me one amount fee for cdl on the phone then they change the amount at the office. The overweight unpleasant lady at the desk then proceeds to tell me I know it’s hard for you to pay - such a comment should not be said. She then proceeds to close her glass window and not open it when I had a question. Avoid this place while this lady is still in office. Keep negative people out of your life when going to the Dr.

This used to be a good doctor's office. Not anymore. The receptionists have unfriendly attitudes. The office insists on everyone wearing a mask but won't supply any. If you get routine blood work done they will send you to a 3rd party lab to get it done then require you to come back in to review your results. So now you have to pay 3 co-pays. There's always a long wait despite having made an appointment well a head of time. On top of all of this they tell you to print out their office forms at home and to bring them in. Does they office do anything themselves anymore ? I couldn't tell you what. I will need to find a new primary care doctor on the island.
