1 star for the medical reception staff 1) They told me wrong info on how billing worked which the medical assistant had to correct when I asked the medical assistant 2) I came to the office for my agreed upon follow up time only to find out they canceled my follow up appointment without telling me and said their call office had called me. After checking my phone history, I found there was no calls from them. They then tried to pass along additional excuses to make it seem as if it was my fault for not picking up a call which was never made. 3) After they messed up my follow up, I asked they send an email to confirm my follow up time. They never sent it. 5 stars for the medical assistant/medical team

Just had Lasik done yesterday. My experience was excellent. Had no pain during the procedure at all, only a slight pressure feeling and before I knew it, it was over. The staff was great. The first day I only had minor irritation and watering eyes, after a goodnight sleep my eyes feel great. No irritation or pain at all. I would highly recommend TLC. I only wish I did it much sooner. Life changer!

Great staff. I since day one that walk in they treat and explain all the procedures with detail, make me feel really comfortable. After all the check, I was qualified for lasik. Also what I loved about is that they were able to manage with the time that I want to do it. The day of the surgery they make sure that I was comfortable and ready. I'm so happy that I did my lasik thus year. Now I would say that I see better even when I used to wear glasses before. Thank you

I was really scared of the procedure but the staff and doctor made it comfortable! They even gave me a teddy bear to hold during the surgery 🙂 the procedure was fast and better then I expected. I was able to see well right after the nap. Highly recommend the clinic! So happy to see again without glasses, big thanks!
