I had a service contract they never showed up to install they never called to cancel or sent an email to say I wasn't getting service due to a past due bill. In fact I spent an hour on the phone getting my sons bill straight and Comcast agreed it was my son's bill I was all clear for service. Now since they didn't show up to install they said since my son owed money from 2017 my household debt was a problem. Now he has new service in Petersburg VA. I can't get service from Xfinity until it's paid. Update I had to pay my sons account to get service. The Xfinity value will hopefully be worth it.

I LOVE XFINITY. Waaay better than Verizon, billing, cost, products, Useable. XFINITY will B MUCH Better in all these ways.. VERIZON WANTS UR $ 4 HORRIBLE SERVICE & BILLING.
I recently traded my out dated router for a new one just contact Xfinity Customer service and they will be able to assist you!
