Have owned in this community for over 20 years. Very family friendly. Lots of included amenities with your dues. Security is constantly on watch protecting the homes and residents. They are also trained EMT' s should one need the services awaiting for an ambulance. Considering the recent influx of additional residents fleeing crowded crime ridden region, I think the community is still a great buy with low taxes and utilities. Nearby towns are beautiful with warm friendly people I think the values here are going ro double in yhe next two years.

Security is nice but our house was recently broke into. So must be someone who lives in the HO. Granted we haven't been to the property in the last 6 months. But a bit shocked the house was broke into tbh.

I believe you'll have to pick it up at the gate. Id double check with security.
Broadband cellular service is generally available, but signal strength is spotty especially on the North side. WiFi is provided by individual homeowners.
The POA office will supply them for you. It is a beautiful, quiet, safe place to live.
