I had a flat, and needed a quick tire change first thing in the morning. These guys were great, Andrew looked up the tire that I needed, but unfortunately it seems that they, like most places, don't keep it in stock anymore. They did have it available online though, and offered to have it delivered and to replace it in 2 days. I was 3 hours from home though, and could not wait. Nonetheless, Andrew and his team still helped me reinflate the tire so that I could make it to another shop, and even gave me advice on tire selection. Amazing that they would do that for somebody who didn't even purchase anything from them. Real class act. Great guy, honest shop. Can't recommend them highly enough.

They hand you a bottle of hand sanitizer at the door to wipe down your hands and arms etc. Then you walk through a what I would discribe as a booth that uses infrared or some sort of lighting to desanitize your clothes and hair before entering the main lobby. There you will be greeted by a double masked employee whom will be behined two layers of plexiglass wall. It's hard to hear them but if it's an issue they will talk to you over a loud speaker system they have set up. Once your done checking in they again ask you to use hand sanitizer before allowing you to sit down in personal 6 foot distanced waiting area with your own Television that only plays CNN or you can opt out and listen to the radio that only is tuned to NPR. all and all it's a great experience when I need something done to my all electric prius or my wife's tesla. I feel like I'm in a real safe space.
They mostly work with appointments but will take walk-ins if there is an opening.
