I came in at the end of the evening thinking my husband made an appointment for our son for an ear infection. Somehow the appointment wasn't made (mistake on his part) but the Nurse Practioner, Tamara, saw him anyway. Her shift was over but she could see he was in pain and it was too late to go elsewhere. She was so sweet with him and went out of her way to help a mom out!

To the other LGBTQ patients in the area, I strongly recommend going somewhere else! I went in for routine tests for returning to campus. The nurse greeted me by saying "hello sir, ma'am, sir... whatever you are" followed by a lengthy rant about gender. I came in as a patient expecting to be treated as such... I did not come in to have a political debate. This has been by far the most unprofessional and dehumanizing experience I have had with any healthcare worker.

No response from this location 10 months after question asked. I shall assume none will be forthcoming. I see now why the negative reviews. Attention to detail not only applies to patient care but as well, to public perception. I'm now on the side of the negative reviewers. I have never utilized your nearby facility, nor will I. Do you now kinda see how it works ?
I am guessing they do. They take Medicare. Suggest you call.
