The mail lady refuses to bring our mail because our dog "charges at her" sure maybe this happened once or twice. He is 90% of the time on a dog line or inside the house. She now refuses to bring the mail if she can even see him (from inside too). We have cameras and several times she's just too lazy to drop mail of in our MAILBOX , she drives right by and we have several days of this on camera. They have held our mail for days but she had no problem dropping the letter off in our MAILBOX without the rest of our mail. She has always been terrible, several times we have watched her throw our mail out of her mail truck. We went to talk to the supervisor and he was flat out rude and told us to leave that he had already talked to us on the phone. We will be calling the head corporation about this. (I should add I live in Conway and have a huge field my do loves to run around in.) also, fed ex, ups AND amazon have no problem dropping out stuff off TO OUR FRONT DOOR everyday,

I have had wonderful service here. Everyone has been so kind and nice. It is a big difference from what I have experienced in King county.

I’m new in town and the experiences I have has been fair. Short of staff like everywhere else, however the staff has been Friendly. People just need Patience. So far all I read here are Rants. Be Kind, and you will see Kindness.

Underwhelming. Rude. Callous. Zero customer service ethic. Our postal route carrier and all of his superiors that we have spoken with go out of their way to be of as little help as possible in getting mail and packages delivered to us. They lie on their updates to Amazon saying that they "Attempted Delivery". This is dishonest because when we go to the service window at the Mount Vernon office, they explain to our face that they refuse to deliver mail or packages to us until we install a $1000.00 commercial delivery box. They cannot extend any grace to deliver packages during the interim. They are more concerned with their rights as USPS employees than they care about serving the customers that provide their company's revenue. They state that 90% of their employee injuries result when the route carrier has to "dismount" the postal vehicle. I wonder if they care that their postal customer is now 90% more likely to be injured because they have to walk to the commercial box on the street? I love the post office helpers in other Washington cities that are super courteous and helpful. The contrast between the Mount Vernon office and the post offices in Spokane, Cheney, and Four Lakes is horrifyingly palpable. Mount Vernon postal workers act superior, annoyed, ungrateful, and punitive to customers. I will use other delivery services whenever it is financially possible to do so in the future.

No. You have to take all of it. Just toss it what you don't want.
Call the post office.
No. There is a special way of doing that check with your Post Master General, ( there is a way but I'm not sure now w/covid but I'll be checking for myself a little latter). Just call them at the PO.
Yes
Yes all USPS full service locations do, but they discard anything older than 30 days.
At the facility? They aim to get everything they can done by 5 p.m. weekdays. Each drop off box has specific collection times. There have been employees there after 5 p.m. and on weekends even Sunday sometimes but I don't know what they're working on.
They have a form at the post office you can fill out and mail or you can also do it online at their website.
