This place is going down hill fast! It used to be a sleepy little place where the older folk could count on their neighbors and knowing that it's peaceful. Unfortunately this place is changing hands, rent prices have increased on a already shrinking wallet. I've seen the increase of people under 55, shabby travel trailers, unkept grounds and even spotted a couple of drug addicts flooding in. I'm afraid for my loved ones who live there, there have been reports of increased theft, argue of making it an unsafe environment for venurable adults.

If you look at the seventh photograph, the first images past the roses on the page for the mobile park you'll see my car! I've got a friend who lives at this park. She's quite happy with her space. Beyond that I can't say much as I've just been a visitor in the past. I can say this, Everytime I've visited I've never had an issue with ownership. I guess it's like anyplace else, if you keep things reasonable and quiet there aren't any problems. I can also mention that the park has excellent freeway access. It's literally a couple of minutes from I-5. There's a Chevron station and Espresso Stand right by the freeway off ramp. It's also just south of Mount Vernon proper. If you are looking for a place to live (mobile homes and RVs) and they have an available space, it's not a bad place to live at all
