Nice good size trailer park. I have friends that live here, and its always a nice place to go Fellowship. You can stay up late, but not too late and the neighbors are very chill

My mother was given a letter to paint her trailer certain colors. Yet there are still trailers that have not abided by the required color choices. Rent goes up every year but they do not improve the park. It was also originally built as an elderly or over 55 park and now families are permitted. This causes multiple cars per trailer and yes, now it looks like a "trailer park"!

Definitely not a place for children but there are a lot of kids. Lots of illegal activity in and out of there.
Its between 6 - 7 hundred dollars for space rent
$600 and it's now a family park, no longer strictly seniors.
