Everyone has a bad day, but twice in a row? Being a local business owner myself, I would be mortified if my employees treated my customers the way they are treated here. The employees I’ve dealt with each visit have had ZERO customer service skills. I asked a simple question and was greeted with the attitude of a three year old. I no longer question why this place is always dead. I truly hope you make some changes, or let someone new move in.

(Ah! Google Maps messed up this review. The original review was for a different business with a 3-star rating) because of this mishap I want to apologize to the owner and clarify that I loved my experience at BWW. I was looking for veggie burgers and remembered I used to order years ago during sport events at BWW. Not surprisingly, the black bean burger was delicious. This particular location is pretty spacious with nice lightning. Service was great too!! (5-star!)

My friend and I met up here to catch up and have a relaxed afternoon. I was completely satisfied with the friendliness of the staff. We were greeted when we first walked in with a smile and quick seating. Our server, Chez, was amazing! He was friendly, patient, and attentive! The food and drinks were good and when we finally left there were a couple ladies at the front that bid us a kind farewell. The restaurant was clean and honestly it’s probably the best BWW experience I’ve ever had. We were visiting from out of town but if I come back to town I’d consider having lunch here again. Keep up the good work!

Service is always mediocre in this freezing cold establishment but today was the worst!!!! I only returned because i had limited time and was in the area. Waited over and hour for two burgers and some chicken tenders. At the one hour mark the bartender comes and explains they had a large catering order which delayed things but everyone else got there food. When ours did arrive the fries tasted as though they had been cooked and reheated and the food was horrible. We watched 4 table get up and leave during this period of waiting for the reasons above. There were multiple employees standing around laughing and joking, and walking around in circles. The bartender appeared to be the only person actually doing something. Just about every table aside from those who had someone sitting there had dirty dishes on it. I will not be back!!
