Very painful!! Front desk lady and the manager was very unprofessional. Never stated in the policy of wax passes you have to pay $25 cancellation fee. They used my money to cancel my passes, that I did not use. I never recieved a refund upon. Highly recommend to not get your waxes done here!!!!

Honestly. This was my first time going to this wax center. The experience of getting the wax was a bit painful and i feel hair in certain areas where i got my Brazilian wax. I was not pleased at all

Sidney at the front desk was working hard answering phones and checking people in and out. Even though she was super busy, she immediately made me feel welcome and didn't rush me. She was able to answer all of my questions and booked me an appointment the same day. My waxing technician, Miss Angel, was very polite and made me feel at ease. She constantly checked on me throughout the waxing process to make sure I was comfortable. Overall I am very pleased with the entire experience and hope future visits will be the same.

I meant to leave a review as soon as I left but I was rushing. Let me tell you about my awesome experience here. First off I just moved here from out of state and I was very nervous about having a whole new wax crew take care of my lady parts. My technician, Natalie reassured me and made me feel like she not only cared for me as a client but loved her job over all. Takila and LaMaude (please forgive me if I butchered the spelling because I know I did 🥴) at the front desk were amazing. They were very knowledgeable about all products and services and were quite efficient on getting me in and out as I was a walk-in client. My wax was fast and painless and honey they get everything from the roota to the toota! Natalie even let me know about their amazing aftercare products they have available and I can’t wait to indulge to keep my skin healthy and amazing. Thank you girls SO much for the awesome experience. It’s one thing when it’s just a job but you can tell when people have a heart for what they do. Your genuine attitudes and overall personas made the atmosphere great! I will sleep good at night knowing my lady parts are definitely in good hands. Thank you all again so much!
