I was here a few weeks ago and the front desk was awful. I went for a Covid test and to find out what was wrong with my sore throat. I asked the doctor for a sick note for my job since I had to call out and she said no problem I’ll email you one. A few hours went by and I had already gotten the negative Covid test email but not the sick note. I called them and I said “Hey I know you’re busy but when you get a chance can u remind the doctor about emailing me my sick note? I got my Covid test email but not the other one” the front desk lady then HUFFED at me and said I dont have time for this why do you even need a sick note and I said because I needed to prove to my employer that im sick and she cuts me off and says well maybe when I get a minute I’ll ask her bye. And HUNG UP ON ME! Never going back

The staff was friendly and courteous. Facility was clean and I waited less than 20 minutes to be seen. I would definitely recommend.

I think you would have to call in or if you have a portal access go into that but I would try calling in and speaking with the manager and she would probably put you through to the doctor that's on call but if you can access your portal and go in that way
