I recently started coming to this gym after switching over from gold's I am very happy here. The gym is always clean, and I notice machines and bathrooms always getting cleaned. Everything is well kept and management is always super friendly, and treat you like family. I'm glad I made this switch.

I have never seen them offer anything beyond Yoga, Zumba, and a couple other cardio type classes.

We also offer a Silver Sneakers membership where your insurance company will sometimes for your membership. That may be what someone is referring to as "free."
