Had to bring my EV6 in for a Recall Software Update (and also got an update that had not been previously applied). They said it would probably take 1.5 to 2 hours. It took just over an hour. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly professional and polite. The service man who worked on my car even apologized for not being able to fully charge the car (their fast charger is currently not "fast charging" and they are waiting on service to get it fixed), which was not an issue since I have a charger at home. All-in-all a very good experience.

I've been dealing with Hyman Bros Kia for many years, and have NEVER had a bad experience. My recent visit was for State Inspection, oil change, tire rotation and replacement of air filters (engine & cabin). My appointment was at 1:30pm, (I arrived a few minutes early) and my car was ready shortly after 2:30pm!! Excellent service, friendly people, it is always a pleasure dealing with the folks at Kia Service!

5 stars, best buying experience I ever had in car dealership. Jovan Mack took her time to show us all the features of our vehicle and made sure my wife got familiarized with them. The treatment received by her and Sarah (from the finance department) was the best. Good dealership with good people working it, definitely will buy another vehicle from them.

My service advisor Angel was great to work with! He was helpful with getting my 15000 mile service started and explained the details of the work to be performed. The tech was exceptional and even ran my car through the carwash from all the salt on the roads. I highly recommend!
