I guess even when you put what you want on your sub they disregard completely and put everything you asked not to be on it on there and everything you wanted on there isn't on it. Completely disgusted cant even eat the sandwich that cost $14. Will never go back.

It was the worst Firehouse Sub. I have always stopped at this location when in town. Since this location opened. We look so forward to stopping here. This time the bread was not toasted. Each of the 6 sandwiches were heaping with Mayo and mustard. Not worth the price! The worst. We will never stop at this location again!! Definitely not up to what we expect from a Firehouse Sub.

I ordered a hook ladder sub without mustard and mayo but they did not take it off. I called them and while explaining the situation the person who was on the line said nope you did not say no mustard and no mayo, then she just hung up on me. I’m shocked with their costumer service.

Great change of pace getting a hot sub sandwich. Not quite as fast as a different sub shop, Firehouse Subs serve a hot sandwich for your meal. They have a large selection of sandwich’s to choose from. I like the Engineer the best. The store was VERY CLEAN INCLUDING THE RESTROOMS!! Plenty of parking for everyone. If you haven’t been here yet I feel your missing out.
