Very POOR SERVICE from red haired ladys evening shift! No apology for our wait & i was given COLD FRIES that were prepared then sat around till rest of order was ready(wait on tenders.) I will not be visiting that particular establishment again. I did enjoy the cold air conditioning.

Horrible service. Just visited and they were incredibly rude when I was just asking basic questions. Then when I pull up and asked about getting sauces because I was never asked, they told me that I need to go back through the line and reorder those because they cost. The line was wrapped around the building and they didn't even run my card yet!! Well I pay for the extra sauces and they only gave me one. Never going again and I'm not the only one with complaints. Go to the facebook page for the Popeyes on E 10th St in Sioux Falls SD. There are MANY. They need a ton my training because they don't care and are giving Popeyes a horrible reputation.

Do not recommend. Love a good spicy chicken sandwich from pop eyes but the experience is not worth it. Every worker seems to be rude like they don't want to be there. Manager has yelled at me over the intercom for trying to do two separate orders even though I've done them atleast 20 times before claiming they were to busy. There was one car in front of us and the inside did not look busy at all. Will not give my money to a place like this.

Kid at the drive thru was rude. Checked our order and it was wrong. Also found the mac and cheese looked nasty. Brought the it back in to get the correct sandwiches and some fresh mac. First girl was even more rude than the drive thru kid. She said "that's what the mac and cheese looks like". Then she went back to her manager who was also rude. The next person in line also was coming in to get their order corrected. Disappointed. I know help is hard to get these days but that experience really sucked. Lots of places to go in Sioux Falls instead of here for chicken!!
