I have worked with Calbert Design Group on 5 projects so far. It has been a pleasure to work with such a professional group of people.

I have worked with Rebecca and her team for years on many projects and have had nothing but good experiences! She always works quickly and effectively and we have loved the outcome of her work each time! Couldn't recommend this team more! Great to work with all around!

This is a top notch group of people. I've worked with them as their photographer and they are truly a talented bunch and so nice to work with.

Excellent and professional service from Rebecca Calbert. She knew exactly what we needed for our new building.

Our fees are competitive within the industry. There are as many ways to calculate fees as there are building designs. Each fee proposal depends on the size and complexity of the building. Architects' hourly average rates range from $125 to $250 per hour, depending on experience level and specialty. Another way to estimate design expenses is as a percentage of the estimated construction cost. You can expect an architect's fee to be between 6 - 12% of the final construction cost. For example, if you intend to build a daycare center and your construction budget is $120 per square foot. You can anticipate that the average architect's fees will be 6 - 12% of that cost per s.f., which would equal $7.20 - $14.40 per s.f. Our fees are well within this average, but we offer more than just "basic" services. Call today to hear about our discount programs and how they can benefit your project!
We specialize in childcare centers and private schools. We also design restaurants, secnior living, and recreation buildings, like fitness centers, gyms, spas, and indoor pools.
Our office in downtown Kennesaw remains open amid COVID-19, but we request that you contact us via email or phone before you come in to see us.
Designing a project that is far away is the same as designing a building that is in our own neighborhood. The only different is the added time it takes to travel to visit an existing building, attend zoning meetings and construction site visits. All of our client design review meetings occur virtually with screen sharing software, regardless of the building location. This virtual process saves all of us precious time.
