The NW YMCA has a wide variety of fitness classes and equipment that is well maintained. The employees and patrons are also friendly and helpful. The facility appears to be clean and sanitary.

Very disappointed in this location. We got a membership here because it’s 5 minutes from our house and my son has started learning to swim. We planned on frequenting this location during winter since it doesn’t have an outdoor pool. However, we tried going here to add my mother in law who is disabled and we care for added to our family membership, so she could enjoy watching her grandson. The staff here said it would require an exception (despite what it says explicitly on the Y website). After that I thought I’d spend some time with my son at the indoor pool; however, the lifeguard on duty said we came through the wrong doors. We’ve been to multiple Y’s in the area. This was by far the worst and family unfriendly experience I’ve had. Hire better staff that works with families if management is checked out on weekends. Heading back here to move our membership to the Canton location that has better facilities and staff. Having to go back because only the “director” is able to help with that. At least, the Canton location allowed my mother in law in to watch her grandson.

Good machine quality, many spaces to do different activities, different kind of machines and availability of them so you don't need to wait to much to use them.

Yes, it is at the Canton Y. I work there. There is sometimes a half court class happening in the mornings, but you can check the gym schedule.

Fees depend on a number of factors, like family size. It’s best to give them a call. If you know a member, they can ‘sponsor’ you for membership and you both get discounts around 20%.
I heard that they do not participate in the silver sneaker program.😢
