This place is great and has amazing instructors. They really work with you to make sure you understand proper technique, versus some other places that just let you go through the movements. The Muay Thai class consists of an hourish of learning techniques, combos, strategies, etc. On top the hour there is around 30 minutes of optional sparring, you are not forced to do it but I highly recommend doing so. You will need boxing gloves, shin guards, a mouth piece, and cup if needed. The BJJ classes are taught by high level 10th Planet BJJ instructors that teach from the ground up. These are no-gi classes. The areas are all clean and tidy and organized really well. The only nitpick I can give is that the areas are a bit small which is usually not an issue, however sometimes when there is a huge influx of people it can get really crowded.

This place is amazing for the beginners and the experienced. I learned a lot from training here over many months. The coaches are fantastic as is everyone that attends to train. Very welcoming environment.

There is not enough positive things I can say about this gym. My three children and myself take multiple classes here and it has changed our lives. The coaches and Gina are amazing. The Boxing and 10 planet classes have given my children a level of confidence and fitness that no dollar amount could be placed on. The teachers at their schools have commented on the positive changes in their character and the respect they have for themselves and others. Best decision we have made as a family.
