They are no longer helpful at the branch. They only have 2 people that can help with major issues like trying to reconfigure and account after it was comprised. They'll try to send you to another branch or ask you to wait a week for an appointment. And if they make time to help you, they'll make a savings account the primary account on your main debit card and make you waste more time to call and then get that fixed.

This location doesn't have a banker for you to talk to. There is no information about this bank not having any bankers on the chase website. They don't want to deal with any disputes with the bank BUT they're open to help you deposit YOUR MONEY.

If you can open an account in another bank DO IT!!! Most Chase have a horrible customer service specially this one. I'm pretty sure that management knows this because this has been happening for a long time (I read the reviews) people here are too lazy. They are not doing anything and still dont want to help you (work) this person named Jocelyn is horrible! So I just decided to close my account and going to Wellsfargo or Bank of America. Anything will be better than Chase. I'm a customer service rep and sometimes I work through my lunch time to help customer because That is my job as a Customer Service Rep. I really dont know why bank workers think they are the owners or something they are just counting OUR money. You guys need customer service training asap... Again I just decided to close my 2 accounts and I'm happy with my decision 😊

This is the closest to me so I came to get my coin rolls deposited on my bank account. I've seen other places have a scale or a coin counter machine and compare the weight but this place don't even have one. They dont accept them if their not FOLDED right. I used a small coin wrapper machine and it counts the coins for me and I just close them. But just cause their not folded equally they accepted none of them. It's nothing to get mad over but I just thought that was stupid.
