Customer service is horrible, but that’s the least of my concerns. The worst part about this place is the discriminatory attitude they hold against Spanish speaking customers. My mother (Spanish speaker) went in to ask why our mail wasn’t being delivered and the employee completely disregarded her concerns and told her there’s nothing they can do. HOWEVER, when I went in and brought this up to their attention they completely denied discriminating against her. I don’t know if they’ve realized this, but they are serving a predominantly Latinx community. Completely absurd.

Came to pick up a package after it was marked as "attempted delivery". Weird because I did not see anyone try to deliver it... I know my package was big and around 40lbs, maybe that's why it was held here? Fine with me, I didn't want too many USPS workers handling my expensive screen when trying to deliver it, but this should not be done with lighter packages however, I hope they don't. Other than that the people who gave it to me here were very friendly!

THERE'S A REASON AS TO WHY THIS LOCATION IS ONLY 1.5 STARS - THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! Seriously, the amount of times I had to report a lost package from here is too many to count. I'm an eBayer and thankfully most of the other post offices who delayed my mail and took forever to ship got their act together and started to ship faster. "Hell Gardens" won't change though and will keep delaying my mail EVERY SINGLE TIME. I'd seriously pay the USPS extra money if it didn't go through this AWFUL OFFICE!
