Not only did was the receptionist incredibly rude (hung up on me a total of 5 times in a row), I can attest to the other negative reviews regarding response time and lack of empathy. I called in regarding the field and nature of my case - I was cut off not even 10 seconds into speaking and told that I needed to pay a retainer for my case and that they'd get back at around 5 business days. The attorney was just as short with me and always went back to the compensation that they need without hearing me out. I would recommend looking elsewhere for help.
