I’ve been frequenting this spot for at least 4 years, I really like the pho, and the appetizers and boba I have had have been great as well. However the service is very hit or miss. Sometimes I will order an appetizer and never get it, and the seating situation is different every time I go in. Sometimes it’s a seat yourself deal and other times someone seats you, so there’s always an awkward couple minutes when we first come in bc we don’t know what to do lol. To echo what a lot of other reviewers are saying, it would be really nice if the hours could be updated online because this spot is not 24 hours and hasn’t been for at least 2 years. The food will keep me coming back until I can find another pho spot that is actually open 24 hours.

we ordered 4 pho, it came soup like this.... soup lid was open. because they put 2 soups into 1 bag...
