We've been living at The Mercer (east building) for nearly two years and have had a great experience thus far. Management and maintenance team are friendly, responsive and polite. The building is well maintained, safe and secure.

What an amazing experience at these apartments. I have been living here for almost 3 years. I love it here! Among the amazing parts I enjoy, such as the lovely unit, beautiful interior, and location - I really also appreciate the management here by Kristie, Emily, and Adam. They are so consistently reliable, communicative, and helpful. Kristie and her team proactively reach out about any issues (or fun news!) and are fast to respond to questions. I trust them completely and feel at ease living in this community, because of their hard work and incredible resident experience they provide. Highly recommend to anyone interested in living on the island!

The Mercer has been my home for 7 years now! I moved away for one year and came right back because nothing else compares. It is the quietest of any building I've ever lived in. There is definite sense of community with lots of long-term residents. I have experienced several different management companies and teams, and our current team is by far the best! Krystie Byrd has made a huge difference since she came on board, upgrading and proactively maintaining the property better than any before her. Everyone in the office is friendly and super efficient and the Maintenance Team is beyond compare. Any requests are usually resolved the same day! I highly recommend The Mercer.

I had lived at The Mercer for several years, however I moved out a little over a year ago due to the decline in customer service and an overall indifferent and detached office staff. I have a few friends who continue to live there whom I visit from time to time, and when I came by last I was surprised by the noticeable improvements. The community looked cleaner and better kept up, the amenities looked better and everything overall seemed like it was being regularly monitored and maintained. As my lease is due to expire soon I thought I would stop in and see if the rents have changed. The office staff was super polite and friendly, and even the manager made a point to say hello and interact. I was surprised by how much the rents have gone up in a little over a year, however with all the improvements I think it's reasonable. Not sure if it's in MY price range, but I will check back in when my lease is up and see what's available. It's such a great property in a great convenient location, I'm happy to see they finally have a manager that cares enough to help it realize it's full potential.

Guests are more than welcome! If your guest is staying in your home with you for more than 14 consecutive days, please contact the office. If your guest will be parked in the garage for longer than two hours, please let us know as they will need a guest parking pass to avoid being ticketed.

Our amenities are not included with your rent, but we do not charge any amenity fees. The pool, sauna, hot tub, gym, lounge and other community based amenities are free of charge!

Our East building offers warmer, more homestyle finishes with typically larger floorplan sizes whereas the West building features cooler, more contemporary finishes.

We offer first come, first serve parking in our open garage for $125/month as well as reserved parking in our secured garage for $150/month.

Utilities for the common areas and personal are billed separately from rent. Water and sewer charges specifically are based on a sub-meter in your individual home and are based on your usage.

We love furry friends! Although we do not have weight restrictions for dogs, we do have breed restrictions. We allow up to two pets max, and monthly pet rent for dogs is $45 and for cats is $35. The pet fee is $350 and pet deposit is $200.

Yes! Our pool is heated and open year-round. All of our other amenities (inside and outside) are open year-round as well.
