Went in for a scheduled maintenance appt. (as part of a 2 year plan) that included a tire rotation, and other things. Got the receipt back that stated the rotation was done, along with filter changes and other things. Well the rotation wasn't done because I had myself fixed the right front tire for a flat 2 months before, plugged it myself and had to replug it two weeks later because it didn't hold pressure. Well the tire w/plug was still in the same place instead of on the rear axle where it should've been rotated to. I went back in the next day, a Saturday, and told the shop manager but he refused to do anything because the tech wasn't in on Saturdays. He said he would talk to the tech on Monday to see what happened and get back to me. Well, he never got back to me nor did the service manager who sent me a text asking how the service was...and he didn't bother to respond when I texted back my displeasure with the situation. So aside from this lousy service, the question becomes how much more didn't they do in that appointment session and all the others up to that point. I cannot trust them. I know cars, but for those of you that don't know the difference between a tire rotation and balance, you're at the mechanic's mercy and "all bets are off". To make matters worse I took the car back in two weeks later for the rotation (after finishing an unfavorable online Toyota survey) and during the procedure they proceeded to smash the rear bumper and crush it. I was then told by the service rep the situation and that the car would be sent next door to the collision dept. put on priority, and the car would be done the next day on Saturday. This was impossible because as I learned later, the collision dept., wasn't open past 12 pm on Saturday, while the accident in the shop occurred just the day before on Friday. So, now I had to leave the car there for them to fix that. During this lousy episode I got ill timed texts and messages from the service rep and from the collision dept., telling me that updates would be coming soon. The updates never arrived. Longer story short the car/bumper was finally fixed (replaced with a new bumper and painted) some days later. The service dept. is untrustworthy and should be avoided. Between not doing the rotation and not getting back to the customer at all...who needs this aggravation?

I brought my vehicle in for the 75k maintenance and was greeted by Tom K. He was very courteous and professional, and although they were busy and I did not have an appointment. They were able to have my vehicle back to me with a few hours. Great job guys, my vehicle feels great! I highly recommend Dayton Toyota and will be back for my next service!

follow the maintenance schedule
Make the call yourself.
You would have to take the car to the dealer so they could assess the condition and give you an offer. Also, check Kelley Blue Book online so you could get an idea of what the car is worth - www.kbb.com
this is the kind of question only someone at the dealership can answer. it would probably be best to call and ask them directly.
Depends on what car you bought from them. They may sell the cars which were traded in, which came with one key only when they bought them. It would be in the documentation. If the documentation specific about it being as-is you have no options there. Bought like three used cars so far , two from dealers both which had both keys. one from a guy who used to buy cars from auctions and resell them, that car had only one key. But it didnt have a chip or anything fancy so i got one made for like $50. Home Depot makes keys for cars pretty reasonably priced. Check them out.
Who knows?
pretty sure it depends on the car you're hoping to rent.
