I had two returns from Amazon, they did not give me the QR code for the second return and I had to email the label to the store, everyone was very helpful and kind. I left the store & they followed up with me to let me know it was not working properly and had me resend it so they could get it returned today.. The staff (two wonderful people of male and female I’m sorry I did not get their names) but the really went above and beyond for me & I was grateful for their help, plus they all had a smile on their face! 😊 Thank you MI UPS staff for your help today, I appreciate you!

Prem was extremely helpful with my notarization today - I was in and out in about 10 minutes (though they give a 30-min window) and he was able to assist other customers at the same time! Very kind and helpful! I'm glad Bank of America didn't have any open slots because now I know where to go for fast and courteous notarizations!

Came in on Saturday to make an Amazon return and didn’t realize I had to drop the return with a box based on my code. Employees helped explained the 3 different codes to me I would suggest everyone to read the instructions before drop off so you don’t run into a stump like me! However employees helped me find the right box and return my item.
