Everyone there esp Carson & Kevin are always very nice, knowledgeable & helpful. I normally stroll in with a million questions and half a clue, but they always take the time to answer every single one.

Carson was incredible with his knowledge and service. He cares and wants you to ride! Thank you for taking care of me. One huge thing I must say. My friends and I were going on a long mountain bike trip and one bike had a rear shock blown. Carson was at the shop on his day off and decided to rebuilt the shock right than so we could go on the trip. Incredible. We called several bike shops and no one wanted to help us.

let me tell yall something. Carson from the shop up on North May...that Man knows his SHh..T...ufF ...Boys and Girls. We've been battling shifting issues every since He installed the 1×12 upgrade. and I had just switched from Shimano XT To SRAM. So I was starting to think it wasn't a good move, long story short we figured it out.. Well Carson did, ..with the change of the 10-52 cassette. BLEW me away Folks!! never would have dreamed that was the problem. I mean it was SRAM eagle For crying out loud. Ladies and gentlemen that man knows his stuff. .....and in the middle of All this. My Man Kevin took my Ho for a spin and came back and told Carson Exactly!! and I mean EXACTLY how I felt the Bike "Act" just now came Back from a ride, and had to give a shout out to my Boys over on May! If you all are having any kind of issues with your bike go take it to the Guys on North May.

Please contact your local Phat Tire Bike Shop so that they can assess and provide you with a quote. https://www.phattirebikeshop.com/storelocator/
Phat Tire considers trade in's towards a new bike using bicycle blue book to help determine fair trade in value.
It is highly unlikely as I believe BMX is not a brand I have seen in store any of the times I go for service ( check their website as well); Furthermore with the current condition, it might be on a backorder base which might not serve you well since it is an "emergency buy". Hope it helps.
