New Landlord! Had 2 pairs since early April, 2019! Have had no activity in last or so! Have they left for winter roosting? Can i expect them next year? Thanks! Don in Kentucky

Congratulations! The Martin's might still be at a roost in your area. They will be leaving for Brazil soon. Your adults will likely return next year, the young will go to a different colony.
