This place frankly sucks. Had a reservation, I get a call 20 mins before I'm suppose to pick it up telling me that they don't have any cars available. The whole point of making a reservation is to make sure there is a car available. If you don't have a car in the system then DO NOT LET SOMEONE MAKE A RESERVATION or at least give a 24 hour advanced notice. I had to scramble to figure out something last minute. This is literally the second time this has happened to me at this location, last time was so long ago I decided I would give it another try. Guess I was wrong.

Was treated with the most condescention that I’ve ever been treated at an establishment. I dont know what kind of a day the woman I worked with was having, but the rudeness was quite surprising. I never leave reviews but this warranted one. Dont rent from here if you expect to be treated with the same basic level of respect that you give others.

The car was clean and we'll appointed. The staff was friendly. Pickup and drop off were quick and easy. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 are the following...The change oil message came in right after pickup, along with the washer fluid light. I had to add washer fluid to get that warning off the dash, the change oil warning came up after starting the car everytime.

I always rent my cars from here, multiple times a year. I make my reservations online in advance. I absolutely LOVE everyone I have come in contact with here. They have always been super friendly to me and I have never had any issues. I am usually in and out quickly, there have been a few times I had to wait, but it was also right before a holiday and they were busy. I love people with a sense of humor, and everyone here is right on top of things. I refuse to go anywhere else, I will always do business with them.
