A very intimate size venue. Easy to be body to body if the show doesn't use floor chairing venue. Seurity presence and a quick moving security check point which is a great relief during these times. Easy access to restrooms, a restaurant, snacks, and drinks including alcohol beverages. Close access to stage performance. Had folding style heavy duty chairs on the floor and tables set up on the balcony for the Simply The Best show which was outstanding. The first parking lot filled up fast. The second parking lot just a half block down. Not a difficult walk unless raining or hot. Plenty parking there. Parking is 10.00 cash or credit card. I would go back to this hall. The air was at a comfortable temperature and the staff was courteous and help to find seats or with other questions.

The venue was very nice. Laid out well, exceptionally clean, very nice floor plan and we enjoyed the balcony. We.went to see Black Label Society and this was our first show at Mars. The sound quality was absolutely terrible. I'm not going to blame that on the venue until I've seen a few more shows there. If that is the quality to be expected out of rock bands we won't be attending future shows.

It was my first time at the Mars Music Hall. I think it is an Excellent place for a concert. Even on the floor (standing only), you have great views of the stage anywhere your at. We saw Mammoth WVH and it was pretty awesome.

Makes for a nice space for a performance however the second floor balcony had several seats and tables open, yet was 'completely full' according to the staff and that they were not selling seats. The drink service was quick and friendly, so was the food staff. A really fun time but most definitely will only be attending if I can get tickets for second floor so my husband and I can stand, sit, and use the private table. Jelly Roll was AWESOME!!!!
