Ordered a mobile order on the way home. Got there, I couldn’t check in to tell them what stall I was at. I hit the button and told them what was going on, dude looked at my phone, and told me I never paid for it, laughed at me condescendingly and I ordered it again. Check my transaction history and I paid for it twice. Didn’t even get both orders. Recommend never coming here to anyone.

This is actually the worst sonic I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I asked for hot sauce and the lady had no problem giving it to me, but her coworker said I already put one in the bag and the lady just looked at her coworker like what am I supposed to do not give her the hot sauce she just asked for. And I looked at her and said is it not gonna happen? And she just handed it to me but the lady started screaming at her like she got in trouble for giving me one extra hot sauce. It’s pretty embarrassing I don’t want this problem fixed or anything done about it so I just won’t go back. Do not go here they said they are super slow they’re rude they don’t care about their customers and the store is 🤢

Slow service. Only ordered ice cream and waited for over 40 minutes. Still waiting as I write the review. No line and 2 other cars in the other stalls. Management needs to do their job and manage the establishment better. It’s understandable there’s a “worker shortage”, but time management is still a priority as well as good customer service. This location has neither. Good luck!

I understand that everyone is short staffed BUT that doesn't mean that you can get everything on their order wrong and give them old food. At first they didn't understand that I said a lemon-berry shush, no problem I'll just drink a lemonade slush. Then I was going to eat my chicken slider but they didn't give me the ranch I asked for, again no problem I live 2 minutes away I'll just wait until I get home. I started eating my fries as so as I touch them they are cold, at this point I'm getting a little aggravated because of everything but again I understand working in the food industry. Finally I get home to heat up my fries and my chicken slider to find out it's a burger. I do NOT recommend going to this Sonic.
