My family decided that we wanted chicken for dinner so we went to KFC to try the chicken sandwiches and soon as you drive up in front of building it clearly says COOKED FRESH TO ORDER absolutely was NOT cooked fresh chicken was hard as a rock and of course looks nothing like picture I tired calling after me and my family got home to eat and it was absolutely so disappointing I spent over 50. Manager said as I called back today to bring the food back like what, what kind of management is running this store. They definitely need a real general manager. As I'm one myself so I know how things should go and you should want to replace ppl food that paid that kind of money for the food you sale to have customers want to come back to your restaurant! I absolutely knew I should of just fried my family some real chicken!

They have gave all our food to someone else and was rude to us able it. So got other food cause what we ordered now they was out then they was missing food once we got home then had attitude with me when I was asking for some kinda credit and said I can just come back and get my biscuits and Mac a 30 min drive then hung up on me

My daughter works in healthcare on 2nd shift. She went through the drive-thru to order food for herself and two coworkers, each order being paid separately. The manager said they could only take two orders per car. She asked if she could drive around again to get the third order and was told no. So, my daughter is working a full shift with no lunch. Thanks KFC. I gave a one star review only because I can't give a zero. Shame on you!

Pulled up to drive thru, was told there was a 15 minute wait for for extra crispy chicken, 10 minutes for tenders, no pot pies, even longer for original recipe. I decided to wait, parked next to the other waiting people. (Dining room was closed). After 25 minutes someone brought my food out. Got home, discovered several side orders missing. Went back, sat in line for another 40 minutes. Long story short, I asked for and got a refund. What should have taken 20 minutes tops ended up being a 1 hour and 45 minute ordeal (including drive time). This particular location has always been problematic. Slow service, missing items ect. Will not be going back.

I have a different opinion, my wing and breast was freshly cooked. I was so impressed that I went two days in a row.
