My parents are moving to 3343 Memorial and their experience has been more than amazing. I have helped them with the process and I’ve worked with Kevin- he is the BEST. The apartments are beautiful and comfortable. The location is great, and the common areas are always clean and well kept. The apartment is super quiet, and the few neighbors we’ve met are super nice. We are extremely happy to have chosen this place.

Best balance of value in terms of amenities, location, and price. Staff is super friendly and they actually care. There are regular events and cool food trucks. The only caution I would offer: light sleepers might have a hard time living this close to Memorial if you have a street-facing unit, especially on Friday night, people on the road in their big trucks (without mufflers) will rev their engines a lot. It doesn't bother me much, but I can see it being a deal breaker for a very specific type of person. Don't let it scare you off though, you can always ask for a non-street facing unit \(^o^)/

3343 Memorial Apartments have the most amazing service! All throughout the application process, we received great service from the main office workers. Mary Lee has been a huge part of the process as has been there for us with any questions we had! Everyone was just so nice and transparent about everything. We have had an amazing experience so far and we cannot wait to move into our new apartment at 3343 Memorial!!

It's clean and safe. We were only renting for 3 months. It has a great saltwater pool, clubhouse, firepit, outside grills and covered deck. We were on the 1st floor, which was convenient, but upstairs neighbors, who were not loud people, were loud downstairs. Van and Chris in Maintenance were great!
