Well I have placed orders here 3 different times and it's never done on time, but the worst is they never have what we want in our order. Mainly crispy chicken. I'm done with them.

I ordered original recipe wings. Husband ordered extra crispy wings. Whatever it was we were given, he and I had the same thing. It didn't take like extra crispy nor did it taste like original recipe. They were all hard and dry. All the wings were dried out.

You really dont want to ask how my meal was. I have been to this place a half dozen times and ha e ordered the same a 2 piece original chicken breasts, I get charged an up charge of $1.50, and then told they are out of the chicken breasts original. I have been to this store during lunch, dinner, mid day, and around 7, so I can understand the mid day or the after dinner time they might be out, but do not understand always being out and yet upcharging me. So I am sorry but I will not return to this place, If I ever choose KFC again I will travel the 30 minutes to a better managed store. Dont get me wrong I have worked in the fast food industry and have been a store manager, in my opinion something needs to change at this store. Otherwise popeyes will be my choice from now on.

This place seemed a little disorganized when I came in for lunch. I had trouble getting the right meal order. In the end everything worked out and the manager let me get the more expensive meal, but did not change me. Thank you for that. They seemed to be out of several different types of chicken. I was originally told it would be 11 minutes to cook more chicken. Once I got my meal, everything was good. The food tasted good. This KFC also had a lunch buffet that is all you can eat. I might try this next time. Everything is already made and ready to eat.
