ER had no one at checkin. Maybe every 15mins somebody checked waiting room. Bathrooms were a mess and ER room was COLD! Then when admitted they said they didn't receive urine sample so had to do another. And when asked how long results they said they didn't lose the first sample?! Waited four hours till doctor came and it was only for release and no meds for pain! Worse he said my pain was just pain and it was nothing to worry about since I would have my medicine ordered for tomorrow! I only gave a two since its still the pandemic and maybe all the good staff left because of Covid.

The Worst hospital I’ve ever been to I have a one-year-old that came in for serious pain in the groin And doctor and nurses were very unprofessional and very unhelpful we entered at 12:30am and walked out without being helped at 3:00am doctor was helping another patient for 2 hours. sincerely Room E1

Bring my mom here for back pain, the staff are friendly and not too long wait. Doctor and nurse here are really nice and professional!
