I scheduled an 830 appointment by phone for an oil change and my car was not done until 11 AM. I have been using this location since 1985 and today I realized the same sofa full of tears and rips it’s still there. It is not kept up and it’s dirty. I hope that corporation will do some updates to this location because I really don’t wanna go anywhere else. Service has been lacking since the Pandemic.

I brought my car in at 830am for a wheel alignment and balance. When I realized it was 530pm and they hadn’t called i called them and I’m pretty sure they didn’t even know it was there. I what would have happened if I didn’t call?! I will never leave my car with this shop again.
