It is a catch 22. The insurance is from the manufacturer that knows common failures. At the same time the device is losing value in time. This is no different then a car or appliance insurance plan. The way to get around this is to ask for a voucher or a discount on your next Samsung purchase. If they fail to do anything for you then let them know this will be your LAST SAMSUNG PURCHASE. This has worked for me from a number of services and vendors. Remember you are the customer and have influence on others.

Yes it can be fixed, if the phone is under warranty, which last 1 year from the date it was purchased, there won't be a cost to fix it. If you have Samsung care, there might be a deductible before a fix is performed.

You should really call them before you go. I have a Galaxy S8 Active that had the same problem. I called Samsung support who sent me there. When I got there they told me they weren't able to fix my model I had to mail it to Samsung to get it fixed.

It's a service center. You would be lucky to find a complete set of galaxy buds. They without a doubt won't have a replacement for sale at this location. They can fix your old broken charging case with precision though. Probably charge less than ubreakifix too.

I can't say for the note 9, but I priced the note 10+ and it was $325. Please keep in mind the warranty will be null and void no matter where you replace screen. I was surprised by that!!!

Hello Shimon the location doesn't service the Galaxy Tab S6 at and it must be mailed out for repair. For more information regarding price and also in order to set up repair service ticket you can either call the customer service number 1800-SAMSUNG (726-7864) or schedule an appointment at the maywood location and they can help you creating the repair service ticket.
