Alana and Dr Kassawat are so nice. They have helped me so much and think the world of them. Dr. Kassawat always makes me laugh. Can't say enough about Alana and how much she cares and helps.

Please avoid this place at all costs! Dr. Kassawat is so arrogant! He is a narcissist! -a person who has an excessive interest in or admiration of themselves. "narcissists who think the world revolves around them". During my 1st appointment with him- he showed No compassion or understanding- he wasn't even listening when I was talking-he was too preoccupied with checking his watch-he had no interest in what I was saying- like nothing I was expressing to him mattered. He even rolled his eyes at me several times. My appointment was also interrupted several times so that he could take phone calls-while I just sat there and waited. The few minutes that I did spend with him were useless. I believe Doctors take an oath- “to do no harm” hmmm- and it Is pathetic the way he treats his patients. Be cautious - because he tends to get his patients and their medicines confused! Wake up Mahoning and Trumbull County. This is the man who is supposed to be helping our community with our current opiate epidemic. If someone you love needs help and is struggling with an addiction or mental illness and you take them to a hospital in Mahoning or Trumbull county for detox or help- He is the Dr. they have to deal with! Dr. Kassawat shows no compassion or understanding with any of his patients!!!

Counselor takes time with me and does a phone conference if I can't make my appt just to check in with me. Staff is really nice.
