Even though they were very busy, they were very efficient and super friendly and helpful. The doctor explained the entire process to me and answered all of my questions. The technician that assisted me picking frames and answering my questions was also extremely helpful and professional. Overall, it was an outstanding experience and I would highly recommend them!
