Lies and lies is all you get from this company. They will lure u in 5 years agreement without telling u, they will keep charging u every month even if u dont have a service working. They will cancel appointments on u without telling u, or technician just wont show up. They never answer or call u back when u need them, they will argue with u and will never try to make it up for their shady business. Worst ever.! They only want ur money!

Terrible company and customer service. We were locked into a 36 month contract with them, all was great until our equipment started acting up after about two years. Called tech support and was told that all of our equipment needed to be replaced at some exorbitant cost, so we declined because or contract was expiring a few months down the road and we were moving. Here we are several months after our contract expiration getting charged monthly with obsolete equipment (they failed to tell us you need to send written notice of cancelation during our original call to tech support). Called this morning to try and resolve and was told by Bill, to "take them to court for my money back". What a joke of a company and pathetic response from their customer service rep. Will never refer them or use them again.

I have been trying to call customer support for the past week and I keep getting automated speeches disguised as real people. If you need any kind of support ever, look elsewhere.
