I'm crying right now with my experience with this place. They were so rude and dismissive about my condition, I have hyperhydrosis meaning I sweat my hands but only if it's too warm and they refused to do my nails, mind you I've been doing my nails my whole life and never I suffered such embarrassment in front of other people. I went to have a quiet time after feeling depressed for so long and that type of rejection and treatment just left me in tears. Extremely rude and when I tried to explain the manager she was just yelling at me while I was calm trying to explain myself, is just sweat and it doesn't smell and with a little fan on I could keep my hands dry. All this while everyone was watching. _______ This is my answer to you, owner: You were not polite at all, I had to ask the manager to lower her voice because I was calm, it was not necessary and I had to ask for clarification because I was confused with all that scene. These are my nails done in the picture attached,, I had to wait 4 hours in another place and this is not my first time doing my nails. You could be nicer or manage your customer service skills instead of being sooooo rude. Um sure you will think twice before doing that to another person. Thanks.
