I wish I could rate a 0 star This location is awful the lady at the desk was a sweetheart and the nurse I saw was very layed back real and super nice, I thought the whole staff was until the actual doctor came in and she was beyond rude as can be. Like she didn't believe what I was saying when I was telling her what was going on Had me in tears because she wouldn't work with me when it came to my work it's like the only option I had was what was convenient for her and I had to drop my entire schedule to do what she wanted as a mother of 2 I cannot miss a ton of work I have to keep a roof over my kids heads and food on the table. She wanted me to come in the next day for lab work and I told her I can't my work at least wants a notice. And it's like she just gave up any told me next time the problem happens to go into the ER I told her I have In which she told me that that's her only suggestion I asked what else can I do that I haven't done and that's all she told me was to go into the ER regardless of how many times I told her I have. I asked her where I can go to get help that I needed since I obviously wasn't going to get it there and she would not tell me and in the middle of me talking she insisted on instead of listening to me like a good caring doctor should in the middle of my sentence she started walking out of the room. That right there showed she doesn't care about her patients she just looks at us as a dollar sign and not to help I am now in search of a new doctor because I will not go back here, because of how rude and uncaring the doctor is
