So I decided to drop my lawnmower off to this location because they are close to my neighborhood. Within an unusual time after leaving I got a call and the representative said it was nothing that could be done to repair the lawnmower. What stood out to me was that their was not detailed reasoning or an explanation as to why it couldn't be repaired. Most professional would tell you the mechanical reasoning as to why it couldn't be repaired for example. Coils are burnt, cauberator is blown, fuel line damaged etc. He simply said its nothing they could do, and his voice sounded so insecure that I immediately discerned something was up. I came back the next day and was charged a $25 diagnostic fee for the a diagnostic that wasn't even done and was shown 2 several hundred dollar lawnmowers. I took the lawnmower to another repair shop just to test what i discerned and not surprising they called me the next day and said it was ready for pick up and said the engine needed to be flushed out and change the coil. The fee was $58. So to conclude, if you are a not a lawn service company don't even waste you with this location they are con-artist disguised as business men.

Kyle was a great help! We took advantage of the sale going on, and rather just getting a mower we were able to add on a few more things of equipment! Kyle made it an easy process and explained everything in detail! Very satisfied.
