BLB have been fulfilling my growing business plant needs for 10+ years now. They truly have set the bar when it comes to their service, quality of plants and wholesale pricing. Over the years I've tried out other nurseries that are closer to me, to just leave quickly and disappointed. Gloria, Paul and Brandy have set my expectations pretty high and no other nursery has come close to getting me what I need quickly (pick up next day), while understanding my customer base needs. They really have been the back end secret to my 1 person operation and I look forward to my weekly visits to see their friendly faces.

No stars if I could. Today I tried calling them with questions about ordering succulents for a fundraiser for the business I work for. The first time I was hung up on with the person on the other end saying “No I’m good thank you.” I did not understand what they meant so I called again. Before I could get a word out, the lady rudely told me to stop calling and hung up on me again... I am so confused. I have never received this kind of service from anybody and they definitely just lost a customer and many more after I tell people not to order from them. I work in a customer service based business and am shocked how rude and disgusting this lady was. Not a good way to run a business.
