My husband emailed Ace Hardware in Apopka at 7pm the night before and received a phone call at 8am the next morning to discuss the tree pruner he wanted to buy. On top of that the pruner was at the store within 24 hours and I picked it up for him. Dennis Cota was the Ace hardware commercial hardware sales manager that called my husband and had the tool available within 1 day. GREAT customer service. I like to support my Apopka businesses.

I decided to support my local Apopka Hardware store, instead of going to the big box stores, where i sometimes get lost in the crowd and hard to find help. I needed my window screens replaced. From entering the store the ladies (don't have names) were welcoming. Darnell did an awesome job with my screens! He is so accommodating and patient and knows exactly what he is doing and such a great job with the window screens! He is a keeper! Please recognize his hard work and knowledge, which keeps folks like me coming back!
