These folks have very little to zero common sense. If I ever bring my truck back it'll be because they're the only shop in the area that I know of with a big alignment rack to align wide lifted trucks, and I'll know to spell out for them step by step how I want them to work on my truck. If I find another shop to do it I'm never coming back. I brought my truck in for a rotation and an alignment. Upon dropping off the truck I specifically told the sales rep that the bad alignment damaged the front tires and I needed to have them replaced IF they were able to perform the alignment. They proceeded to rotate the tires and then called me saying they couldn't do the alignment because of some worn components.... they brought this to my attention AFTER rotating my good tires to the front to be damaged by the bad alignment they couldn't fix. I had to pay to get the tires rotated back to their original position so that my good rear tires didnt get messed up. It would've made more sense to check if they could do the alignment first before rotating good tires to the front to be damaged. I brought it up with the rep before leaving the review and he gave me some bogus about the way they do things. Congrats, you lost a $2,400 tire sale you priced out, and future work from a local customer over $80 in rotations that Tires Plus and Firestone do for free.

I have had countless tires patched with little to no wait. I have had truck tire sets changed on my F250 and F150. Any concerns or questions I had were addressed and handled. Prices are more than fair. Great to have such efficient and honest service in Apopka. I will be back with my Jeep and F350 for custom wheels and tires soon. Thank you.

If you need tires for your tuck or vehicle, this is the place to get them from. Super awesome staff and they have plenty of inventory. Came in with 1 tire and they took it in right away. Definitely bring my truck here for tires.

Literally THE BEST service I could have received. My tire blew out on the side of the road. AAA left me stranded for 1.5 hours, then when I called to check on the status, they said I’d have to wait another 1.5 hours. I googled and called AOK and they sent someone out to help me within 15 mins, got me 2 new speciality tires (mine are a weird size), and cut me an amazing deal to help me. It was a terrible day until they sweeped in to rescue me and get me on my way. So thankful!
