Dont go here or any other minute clinic. They basically charged me for something I never got and wont refund me. Go to urgent care or something its not worth the headache

I tried calling multiple times to know if you guys have a flu shots in stock but you do not have a live agent that I can talk to and I always ended up to an automated operators which obviously cannot help. I tried calling 4 alternative numbers but got no luck!

information left in a cell phone is dangerous. If that phone is lost miss placed or stolen there goes my picture of my I’d. I have been tested 3 times and this is the first location that has done this seems fishy too me and just doesn’t make since especially when you already uploaded these things to the site. I will be looking further into this.

Awful communication skills among the minute clinic and testing center. Waited over an hour in my car when my results were ready for no reason. When I asked how much longer I can anticipate waiting the nurse said she thought they already called me? Apologized for the wait, but still had no consideration for anyone’s time. Over an hour wait for a rapid test. If you can I suggest elsewhere.
