Called September 13 at 2:24pm to find out how can I sign up for the portal and the man on the phone said he can’t help me cause he’s not in-front of me so I hung up and he called back the number to hang up I would give it a zero if I could so disrespectful.

Every one was very helpful and considered of our needs, they did everything to expedite our issue with the Covid testing . We got our results back in a timely manner thank all you very much.

I was in a pinch to get a PCR Test for our cruise which was a day and a half away. They came through with a late appointment and was able to submit our test that night. The results were back the next morning. Thank God for their efficiency and compassion for our dilemma.
