Called and was told Dr could only see a certain number of patients so even with posted times and phone message stating they take walk ins, they really don’t. They close at 7:30 but last patient could be hours before then. This isn’t an urgent care

I don't know what the attitudes are about in this location! The wait time is unreasonable! They prescribed my child a medicine that has been discontinued since 2021! I've been waiting for a call back for 2 days & nobody has gotten back with me yet! I've been hung up on, put on hold for long amounts of time, I have YET to get in touch with someone!

If I could give no stars I most definitely will as soon as I approached front desk and said hello then said what I was in for Pamela if that was her real name had a nasty attitude with me for no reason. That was so unprofessional and unnecessary I treat everyone with the upmost respect and if you don't want to be at work go elsewhere don't take it out on customers extremely unprofessional. Will not be returning ever. So disappointed.

Second time having a spider bite! I'm a electrician so going under house's puts us in harms way....Wellstar is always there to quickly administer my shots so the poison and pain goes away....I always appreciate the quick response!

U can go to CVS them u need appointment as well as CVS but you can get done in minutes same day

They are a good band-aid urgent care. In other words go to the dentist or doctor unless you want to pay two bills!
