My spouse and I went in for covid tests after testing positive at home. I called ahead to see if we should wait in our car or come in, so they were aware covid positive patients were coming in. And then getting inside I told them we were there for the covid testing. The receptionist never put a mask on. Even as we were leaving and confirmed covid positive. Like...? Likewise, while the two nurses we contacted wore masks, the PA that saw us had the mask below their nose. Come on! If you don't care about your own health, fine. But why are you putting other patients at risk? There's zero excuse for this. I would never trust this place with my health on this lack of care alone. We also weren't prescribed antiviral meds and told we'd have to call our dr for that. The whole point in coming now was because it was the weekend and we should get on meds asap. But, yes, tell me how my doc will prescribe me something if I'm in a vulnerable group. It's not like I didn't fill out medical history that shows I'm in multiple high risk groups, but I'm also clearly on medication for said conditions. But, yes, just take Tylenol. When calling my doc this morning, they had no idea why I wouldn't be prescribed something and mentioned how pointless that was. Yup. Literally, what is the point of going to get treatment when they won't actually treat you? Pass.
